I'm just going to start of saying that I love that sycth design. I can't wait to see it's coloring. I really like her character design and clothing. However one of the things that are bothering me is her skirt. Is it suppose to be an asymmetrical design because to my sewing/fabric knowledge if a skirt flairs out like that, it should be longer on that side. What I mean to say is that if her skirt is all one even length than that side should be a bit shorter. The other article of clothing that is bothering me is the bottom end of the cloak. That last bit of it, I would think, wouldn't be standing up so straight unless she is in mid-spin. I would like to see some fold/wrinkle lines in that part to give it more fabric life. Your hands and body proportions look very nice to my eyes. I could see her chin being a bit pointy, but if that is the style you are going for, then I think it is fine. My last comment is that she seems very ridged and stiff, especially in the legs. It seems to be a little unnatural.
I am really excited to see it completely finished and colored. I love what colors you do have on in right now and can't wait to see it pop!
